"In Colour" was the band's second album. Tracks 1 to 6 were recorded at Wave Studios, London by Charles Gray (RIP) and Mike Brown. Tracks 7 to 12 recorded live during a dance at the Arts Workshop, Newbury by the Sound Advice mobile studio by Malcolm Rivett-Carnac and David Howard. Live sound/PA: Mick Brown. Blowzabella: Dave Armitage (bass curtal, bombard, drum, tapan); Paul James (vocals, English bagpipes, soprano saxophone, recorder, bombard, whistle, soprano curtal, drum, triangle); Sam Palmer (hurdy-gurdy); Dave Roberts (diatonic button accordion, melodeon, whistle, drum); Dave Shepherd (violin); Cliff Stapleton (hurdy-gurdy); Jon Swayne (English bagpipes, Flemish bagpipes, Bulgarian bagpipes, piano, soprano saxophone, bombard, whistle, flute, tenor curtal). Guests: Max Johnson, Dave Mitchell, John Spires (The Dead Sea Surfers) on Masters of War; Terry Chimes - drum on Dans-tro Plinn. Produced by Paul James. Mastered at Tape One, London by Jack Adams. Artwork: Janina Lech; Photography: David Hoffman. All titles arranged by Blowzabella. The master tapes were lost years ago and the album was only available on vinyl and cassette. These MP3s have been made from a vinyl copy so there is some vinyl surface noise and a couple of minor faults where the vinyl skipped.
